Weet". I'm actually considering building a house out of Weet-bix. Problem is that these things act as the greatest Sponge in history (
photos below). You put a few bricks in a bowl, fill it with milk, and let it sit for a couple minutes. The milk is gone! Dry Weet-bix bad, Spongy Weet-bix.... GOOD!!
